Lance Sharp and Jacob Deditch. Lance worked in construction ever since he graduated from highschool but always had the goal to own and run his own company. Worked hard, moved up and got to where he felt he could do it on his own.

Jacob worked in the crane industry and had some equipment laying around he used for some side work. He also wanted to be able to own and run his own company.

Both of them met in highschool through modifying cars but never really connected. Fast forward a few years they started hanging out and talking about their business ideas and thats where it all started.
